MTO Manufacturing
Made to Order (MTO) Manufacturing is a process of making products at the time they are ordered as opposed to Mass Production where you are required to pre-order hundreds or thousands of the same products at once. For years, MTO services have been reserved for the largest brands and many small businesses and up-and-coming brands haven’t had the same level of access. USHA Mercantile is opening the door to businesses of all sizes and our specialty is High Quality Home Textiles for e-commerce. Orders can be placed via our API or can be ordered in our customer dashboard. You can connect to our MTO service through the reliable order routing service Orderdesk and we are a featured partner of Anywhere POD that specializes in design and personalization tools for e-commerce merchants. We offer competitive prices and worldwide flat rate shipping. Case Pack Orders
The USHA Mercantile Case Pack program was designed to offer both retail merchants and eCommerce sellers a unique and cost effective way to sell products. Any product from our MTO manufacturing program can be purchased at very low minimum quantities starting at 6 Units Per Case. As long as the size of the product is the same you can have as many designs and finishing options in the case as you’d like. Multiple designs per case is a very handy option for retail locations who want to offer variety on their shelves without a hefty investment and inflated inventory. Mixed Designs for the e-commerce seller means no creative limitations or complex SKU configurations in order to offer dazzling product sets to your customers. Bulk Orders
USHA Mercantile is also equipped to handle medium to large run bulk orders for the products that we manufacture in our MTO program. In our bulk order program we can offer full service branding and packaging options that your business can provide or we can work together to create and source the materials that you need. We quote all bulk orders on a per project basis, minimum order quantities can start as low as 50 Units and we can handle order into the thousands of the same products or a mix of styles.
