OEKO-TEX® is the authority in product safety as they test for over 1000 harmful chemicals that far exceeds global safety standards. While you are browsing our catalog or product guide just look for the OEKO-TEX® logo and label.

As a company, USHA Mercantile has a deep concern for the environment and for product safety, especially when it involves textiles that make contact with the human body. How will my customers know that my USHA Mercantile products are indeed certified?
Starting this week, all USHA Mercantile products that are OEKO-TEX® certified will come with a hang tag attached to the product. Your valued customers will see the certification tag the moment that they receive and open the package. Not only is the product tagged with the logo, it also includes a specific code that will allow anyone to verify your product as being legitimately certified by OEKO-TEX®
Can I promote my USHA Mercantile designed products as OEKO-TEX® certified?
You sure can! We did all the leg work so you can quickly get up to speed. Log into your USHA Mercantile account, go to “Resources” and enter the “Mock-ups” library. You’ll see a directory called USHA-OEKO-TEXT and everything you need to get started, including a guide for proper usage and images, are available to download.
